Banana Oat Pancakes
Tender blender pancakes with banana and oats.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and lightly grease.
- Pour small rounds of batter and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- Serve warm with fruit or maple syrup.
Notes
Batter thickens as it rests; add a splash of milk if needed.
Great for meal prep and freezer-friendly breakfasts.
