One-Pan Lemon Garlic Chicken
Juicy chicken thighs roasted with lemon, garlic, and herbs.
Ingredients
- 8 bone-in chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss chicken with olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange in a baking dish and top with lemon slices.
- Roast for 35 minutes, until skin is crisp and chicken is cooked through.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
